EXCEL PIVOTTABLE SHORTCUT KEYS

ARROW KEYS
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Navigate inside Pivot tables.

ALT +C
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Move the selected field into the Column area.

ALT +D
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Move the selected field into the Data area.

ALT +L
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Display the PivotTable Field dialog box.

ALT +P
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Move the selected field into the Page area.

ALT +R
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Move the selected field into the Row area.

CTRL +SHIFT +* (ASTERISK)
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Select the entire PivotTable report.

ARROW KEYS TO SELECT THE CELL THAT CONTAINS THE FIELD, AND THEN ALT +ARROW DOWN
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Display the list for the current field in a PivotTable report.

ARROW KEYS TO SELECT THE PAGE FIELD IN A PIVOTCHART REPORT, AND THEN ALT +ARROW DOWN
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Display the list for the current page field in a PivotChart report.

ENTER
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Display the selected item.

CTRL +TAB CTRL +SHIFT +TAB
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to select the PivotTable toolbar.

ENTER THEN ARROW DOWN /ARROW UP
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to On a field button: select the area you want to move the selected field to.

ALT +SHIFT +ARROW RIGHT
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Group selected PivotTable items.

ALT +SHIFT +ARROW LEFT
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Ungroup selected PivotTable items.
