### FORMULAS & FUNCTIONS USING EXCEL SHORTCUT KEYS

 (CTRL + ALT + V) + F Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Paste formulas into a cell.

 (CTRL + ALT + V) + L Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Paste link to source data

 (CTRL + ALT + V) + R Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Paste formulas and number formatting

 ALT + = Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to AutoSum the cells values.

 ALT + H + U + A Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Auto-calculate the average using the AVERAGE function

 ALT + H + U + C Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Auto-count numbers using the COUNT function

 ALT + H + U + I Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Auto-calculate the minimum value within a range using the MIN function

 ALT + H + U + M Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Auto-calculate the maximum value within a range using the MAX function

 ALT + M + A + A Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Remove Arrows from Formula Auditing

 ALT + M + D Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Trace Dependents of formula

 ALT + M + P Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Trace Precedents of formula

 ALT + SHIFT + F10 Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Display menu or message generated by error background checking

 CTRL + ALT + F9 Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Calculate all worksheets in all open workbooks, Applies regardless of whether the worksheets/workbooks have/haven't been modified since the last calculation.

 CTRL + F3 Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Display the Name Manager dialog box

 CTRL + SHIFT + A Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Insert function arguments, Function name must have already been typed and insertion point must be to the right of the function name.

 CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Enter formula as array formula

 CTRL + SHIFT + F3 Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Display the Create Names from Selection dialog box

 F3 Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to Display the Paste Name dialog box. There must be defined names in the workbook for command to be available.

 SHIFT + TAB Purpose: Use this excel shortcut key to (A) Complete formula and move one cell to the left in a worksheet or to previous unlocked cell in a protected sheet; (B) Select suggestion from autocomplete to complete formula and move one cell to the left or to previous unlocked cell (C)Shift + Tab is also under the Navigation and Selection and Data categories
