GRID RELATED OPERATIONS USING EXCEL SHORTCUT KEY

ALT + A + G + G
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to (A) If several rows/columns are selected, group rows/columns; or (B) Otherwise, display Group dialog box

ALT + A + H
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Hide grouped rows/columns

ALT + A + J
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Show grouped rows/columns

ALT + A + U + U
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to (A) If grouped rows/columns are selected, ungroup rows/columns; or (B) Otherwise, display Ungroup dialog box

ALT + H + M + C
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Merge & Center cells

CTRL + -
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to (A) Delete selected rows/columns; or (B) Display the Delete dialog box to delete cells/rows/columns

ALT + H + D + R
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Delete worksheet rows

ALT + H + D + C
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Delete worksheet columns

ALT + H + D + L
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Delete table rows. Command is only available when active cell is within a table.

Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Delete table columns

ALT + H + O + D
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Display the Standard Width dialog box to change the default column width

ALT + H + O + L
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Lock active cell(s)

CTRL + 0
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Hide active column(s)

CTRL + 8
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Alternate between hiding and displaying outline symbols and Applies if there are rows/columns grouped.

CTRL + 9
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to Hide active row(s)

CTRL + SHIFT + +
Purpose:Use this excel shortcut key to (A) Insert rows/columns above/to the left of the selected row/column; or (B) Display the Insert dialog box to insert cells/rows/columns
